Stove Top Stuffin’ Egg Muffin

• • 1 pkg (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

• • 7 eggs

• • 3 tbsp bacon bits

• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Prepare stuffing as directed on package cool slightly.
2. Spray 12 muffin cups  with cooking.
3. Press 1/4 cup stuffing onto bottom and up side of each cup.
4. Form a 1/4 inch rim around top of each
5. Beat eggs pour into stuffing cups.
6. Top with bacon and cheese
7. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
