Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels

  • 1 can (80z) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or crescent recipe creations refrigerated seamless dough sheet
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cooked real bacon pieces
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. If using crescent rolls, unroll dough, separate into 2 long rectangles, press each into 12×4 inch rectangle
  3. If using cough sheet, unroll dough, cut lengthwise into 2 long rectangles, press each into 12×4 inch rectangle
  4. Spread dressing over each rectangle to edges
  5. Sprinkle each with bacon, cheddar cheese and onions
  6. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle, press edge to seal
  7. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices; place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet
  8. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown
  9. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.  Serve warm
  10. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes
